I think of myself as a "fractional CXO." You'll get the benefit of an additional executive who's "been there" but without the commitment of adding a full time senior hire. I definitely don't know the answer to every question, but I can usually help frame problems to make them more tractable, share my own experiences with similar challenges, and in general help entrepreneurs see around corners and avoid reinventing the wheel.
